Ordering with Fabric Couture is a breeze.

In order to purchase from Fabric Couture you will need to register for an account. The registration form is simple and is completed on line.

How do I register for an account?

To make a purchase, simply register for an account using our straightforward online registration form.

Click on the "Register" link located at the top right corner of any page and fill out the registration form.

Your account will be reviewed and approved by Fabric Couture to ensure it's exclusively accessible to wholesalers/trade customers. Please allow up to 48 hours for activation.

What are the advantage of registration?

Registering provides the following benefits:

- Access to personal account for tracking orders and viewing order history.

- Receipt of email notifications, ensuring registered customers are first to learn about new arrivals and special offer at Fabric Couture (customers can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time).

How much fabric should I purchase?

The quality of fabric needed for a garment depends on various factors, including height, size, garment style, trimmings and pattern characteristics. For accurate guidance, consulting with a designer or tailor regarding fabric quality before placing an order is recommended.

Can fabrics be washed?

We advise dry cleaning garments made from our fabrics for optimal care.

Does the fabric color on my screen match the actual color?

Before being uploaded to the website, our photo undergo testing on multiple custom-calibrated monitors to minimize color discrepancies. However, monitor settings may affect color perception. Customers unsure about fabric color can consult our customer service or order fabric samples for an accurate representation of texture, color, and brightness.

How is fabric priced on the website?

Fabric sold by the meter is priced per running meter, while items sold by the piece are priced per individual piece.

What is the minimum order length?

The minimum order length in our online shop is 0.5 meters. For smaller cuts, customers should contact our customer service to confirm availability, noting that patterned fabrics are sold by pattern only, with pattern width varying.

Can I request fabric samples?

Yes, standard-size fabric samples measuring 10 cm wide (or wider upon request) are available for purchase based on the price per meter of fabric. Please note that patterned fabric samples are not provided, and a limited stock of free samples is available.

Can I return my order?

Items sold by the piece are eligible for returns, while items sold by the meter and cut to customer specifications are non-returnable. Refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

Do you offer wholesale fabric purchases?

Special terms are available for wholesale customers. Contact our customer service for more information.

How much fabric is needed for a jacket?

Approximately 2 meters (2.2 yards) of fabric are recommended for a standard jacket. For precise quantities, consulting a sewing pattern or tailor is advisable.

How do I order a fabric sample?

To order a fabric sample, click the 'add sample' button on any fabric product page, and the sample will be added to your basket automatically. Samples are priced at 50p each, or customers can purchase a sample pack containing 20 random samples.

How do I convert fabric quantities from yards to meters?

To convert quantities from yards to meters, simply multiply the yard amounts by 1.093, as 1 meter equals 1.093 yards.

What is shipping cost?

Our system calculates postage for each order based on the destination and the number of items in your cart. For estimated shipping charges to your country, please refer to our Shipping section.

Please note that the shipping prices provided are guide prices only. We will strive to find the best shipping rate for your order at the time of placement.

Any hidden additional charges in shipping?

Our logistics provider will attempt to schedule delivery at a convenient time for you. However, if there are two unsuccessful scheduled delivery attempts, an additional delivery charge may apply.

What is the delivery time?

Our worldwide delivery typically takes approximately 3 weeks once payment has been received or cleared.

What are the payment terms and methods?

Full advance payment is required upon placing an order. Once you place an order, we will email you our payment details.

How can I track my delivery?

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner using your 6-digit order number for deliveries in the United Arab Emirates, KSA, and Oman.
