Samples

As the fabric-couture.com operates with limited and non-restockable collections from over 50 suppliers, sample books are not provided.

Customers can purchase a sample of any item from the fabric-couture catalog, excluding the Exclusive Fabrics catalog, by clicking the relevant button on the item's webpage. Clicking the button adds a standard-sized sample to the customer's cart.

The standard fabric sample size is 10 cm multiplied by the item's width. Sample size and cost may vary depending on item features.

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable if a larger quantity of the item is purchased after examination.

Return or Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for products with sold by the piece, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Items sold by the metre (fabrics, trims, chains, etc.) and cut to your individual specification are non-returnable and non-refundable.Please consider this information carefully before placing your order.

Shipping

At Fabric Couture, we aim to deliver authentic UAE products to customers worldwide, eliminating the need for costly business trips. We have established partnerships with courier agents to facilitate efficient delivery services. Alternatively, if customers have preferred courier companies, we are happy to coordinate delivery through them. Please note that Fabric Couture does not operate its own courier service, and therefore, cannot guarantee shipping arrangements made by customers through third-party courier companies. The sale contract between a customer and Fabric Couture pertains to products purchased from www.fabric-couture.com and shipping is not included in this contract. Any products requiring return to Fabric Couture must be delivered to any of our locations in the UAE.

The Contract and Contract Cancellation
